01 Who we are

02 Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• • Account data: name, email address, password (stored securely by Firebase Authentication; we do not store your password in plain text), and optional profile photo.
• • Organization data: company settings, tank configurations, offers, orders, bills of materials, production records, pricing parameters, and other business content you enter into the App.
• • Subscription and billing status: plan type, trial end date, and purchase identifiers processed through RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• • Security and session data: device identifier, device name, operating system, and public IP address when you sign in, to enforce single-device sessions and maintain an audit trail of sign-in activity.
• • Technical data: app version and locally stored preferences (such as theme and language) on your device.

03 How we use information

We use the information above to:

• •create and manage your account and organization workspace;
• •provide tank configuration, quoting, order, and production features;
• •process and validate subscriptions;
• •protect accounts against unauthorized access;
• •respond to support requests;
• •comply with legal obligations.

04 Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where applicable, we rely on:

• •performance of a contract (providing the App and subscriptions);
• •legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement);
• •consent where required (for example, optional profile photo upload);
• •legal obligation where applicable.

05 How we share information

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App:

• • Google Firebase — authentication, cloud database, cloud functions, and file storage.
• • RevenueCat — subscription management and receipt validation.
• • Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing when you subscribe on mobile.
• • ipify.org — retrieval of your public IP address for session security logging.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

06 Data retention

We retain your organization data while your account is active. If you are on a free evaluation period and do not subscribe, organization data may be removed after the evaluation and retention period described in the App.

You can permanently delete your account from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion removes your authentication account and, for organization owners, associated company data from our systems, subject to short technical backup cycles.

07 Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), Firebase security rules, and access controls based on user roles within an organization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

08 Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email uncertadev@gmail.com.

09 Children

TankLogic is a business application and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10 International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers operated by our providers (such as Google Cloud) in regions including the European Union and the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
