These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TankLogic application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
01 Provider
The Service is provided by Uncerta Dev ("we", "us", or "our"). Contact: uncertadev@gmail.com.
02 Eligibility and accounts
TankLogic is a business application for organizations in the modular tank manufacturing industry. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
03 Evaluation period and subscriptions
- • New organizations receive a 7-day free evaluation. No subscription payment is required during this period.
- • After the evaluation ends, continued full use requires a paid Starter or Pro subscription.
- • Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country and platform store.
- • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
04 Billing and cancellation
- •Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
- •Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- •Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
- •Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- •Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- •On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to App Store purchases.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- •use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- •attempt to bypass security, access controls, or subscription limits;
- •reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where permitted by law;
- •upload malicious code or interfere with other users.
06 Your data and content
You retain ownership of business data you enter into the Service. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the Service. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
07 Engineering outputs
Calculations, BOM outputs, and quotes are tools to support your business processes. You are responsible for verifying results for your specific engineering, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
08 Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
09 Termination and account deletion
You may delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
10 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
